MNB – Mongolian National Broadcaster
Film Archive Digitization System
An end-to-end archive and digitization system designed to transfer physical film archives into digital media.
From film archive to a digital future.
MNB – Mongolian National Broadcaster için gerçekleştirilen proje kapsamında fiziksel film arşivinin yüksek kaliteli dijital içeriğe dönüştürülmesini sağlayan uçtan uca bir dijitalleştirme altyapısı kuruldu.
The system was designed to digitize film materials, process video and audio content and prepare it for archival workflows. Following installation, integration, commissioning and user training, the project was successfully completed in January 2026.
Orka Post
Turnkey Post-Production Facility
A high-performance post-production infrastructure with centralized storage, 10GbE networking and fiber-connected workstations.
Centralized post-production infrastructure.
Orka Post Production was delivered by Bilgipark as a turnkey project. An empty building was transformed into a modern post-production facility.
Workstations and storage systems were centralized in the main equipment room. Fiber extenders distributed connectivity to the edit rooms, and all workstations were configured to operate over a 10 Gbit network.
EkolTV
Turnkey Television Channel Installation
An end-to-end television broadcast infrastructure covering MCR, PCR and studio environments.
From an empty building to a broadcast center.
EkolTV was delivered by Bilgipark as a turnkey project. An empty building was transformed into a comprehensive television broadcast center.
The system infrastructure included Sony HDC3100 fiber cameras and a Sony XVS-G1 production switcher. The project comprised 1 MCR, 2 PCRs and 3 studios.

Modernization of the video routing and processing infrastructure with Imagine Communications solutions.

Haber Global’s broadcast infrastructure, including video routing and processing equipment, was modernized by Bilgipark using Imagine Communications solutions.
beIN Media / Digiturk
Centralized Storage ve İş Akışı Sistemi
Modernization of media operations with 1 PB of centralized storage and a redundant workflow infrastructure.

A centralized storage and workflow infrastructure was implemented to meet beIN Sports Türkiye’s growing nearline storage capacity and automated workflow requirements.
The project included a 1 PB NetApp unified storage system and a fully redundant workflow engine.

Audio and Color Correction Systems
Turnkey system installation for professional audio and color correction suites.

The system installation for Feza Film’s audio and color correction suites was delivered by Bilgipark as a turnkey project.
Kanal 7
Migration of TV Channels and Studios
Migration of three television channels and three studios to a new broadcast center without interrupting transmission.
Large-scale broadcast migration without interruption.
The existing system architecture and workflows were analyzed and the broadcast infrastructure for the new building was designed accordingly. Video and audio cabling was completed for the new facility.
Three television channels, including Kanal 7, Ülke TV and Kanal 7 INT, together with three studios, were migrated to the new center without interrupting broadcasts.
Ekotürk
Turnkey Television Channel
A next-generation broadcast infrastructure with Dalet automation, content management and robotic camera technologies.
Automation-driven television infrastructure.
Ekotürk Television Channel was delivered by Bilgipark as a turnkey project. Dalet content management and automation systems, together with a robotic camera infrastructure, were integrated into the project.
Panasonic HC3800 fiber cameras, a Panasonic AV-HS6000 production switcher and an IP prompter system were used. Installation, integration and staff training were completed in approximately two and a half months.
TRT World
Digital Archive System
An automated digital archive system with 1 PB of disk capacity and tape library infrastructure.
1 PB-scale digital media archive.
The TRT World Digital Archive system was delivered as a turnkey project. The system was built around Oracle Diva digital archive software, an Oracle SL3000 tape library and 1 PB of Oracle ZFS disk storage.
The system was integrated with the existing content management infrastructure, enabling automated archive operations.
NOW International Channels
Playout & Automation Infrastructure
Turnkey integration of a redundant playout, graphics and broadcast automation infrastructure.

The broadcast infrastructure for the then FOX Networks Group channels was delivered by Bilgipark as a turnkey project.
The solution included an Imagine Communications broadcast automation system, an 8+8 redundant playout and graphics platform, and video/audio infrastructure equipment.

LigTV HD OB Van
HD Outside Broadcast Vehicle
End-to-end broadcast system design for one of Türkiye’s first HD OB van projects.
A pioneering project in HD outside broadcasting.
Bilgipark prepared the system design, equipment list, and video and audio schematics for the LigTV HD OB Van.
The vehicle was designed with two separate production control areas. Its audio infrastructure was engineered for Dolby and surround workflows.
